Job Purpose of Mortgage Advisor

Guide clients through the mortgage application process, offering expert advice and helping them secure suitable home financing options.

Job Duties of A Mortgage Advisor

• Central Bank regulations on mortgage provision in UAE – Residents/Non Residents /Off Plan/Completed properties.
• Banks documentation to assess customer profile.
• Calculation of DBR – Debt Burden Ration that determines how much a customer  can get a mortgage.
• Understanding of customers Credit Report – scoring and how to improve if there is any issues like over exposed credit cards /personal loan etc.
• Credit norms of banks – Property Details/status of completion.
• Understanding of Projects.
• CRM Documentation to waive penalties/restructure payments.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Experience

• Experience in Banks mortgage department / Real Estate.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
