Responsibilities of Minor Money Supply & Collection

• Implementing disbursement requests received from the community development authority regarding the funds of minors & like according to approved procedures.
• Implementing procedures for receiving disbursement requests for minors & registering them in the approved system.
• Preparing monthly follow-up statements after inventorying & counting the minor’s assets, in coordination with the Minors’ Assets and Estates Department.
• Linking daily collections to minors assets in the system in coordination with the minors assets and estates department.
• Preparing lists of supplies for minors and their equivalents and delivering supplies for adults.
• Preparing and executing disbursement requests.
• Delivering supplies for the amount.
• Adherence to information security systems, policies, processes and programmes.
• Performing any other tasks related to the work of the department or as directed by the Department Director.

Requirements of Minor Money Supply & Collection Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree does not require experience.
• The diploma requires 5 years of experience in the financial field.

Skills & Abilities Desired

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Organized and motivated.
