NAFFCO is looking for a skilled Modular BIM Architectural Draughtsman to join their growing team. Candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D BIM models and architectural drawings for modular buildings, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, efficient designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 4000-5000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Modular BIM Architectural Draughtsman

• BIM Modeling & Drafting:
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software. Ensure designs are optimized for modular construction.
• Architectural Design & Documentation:
• Create architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and construction documents in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work with architects, engineers, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of modular design, structural, and MEP systems.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency, adhering to company standards.
• Customization & Innovation:
• Suggest design improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability in modular construction.
• Client Liaison:
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support throughout the design process.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations, and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements for Role of Modular BIM Architectural Draughtsman

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, or related field. BIM certification (e.g., Revit) a plus.
• 3–5 years in architectural drafting or BIM, preferably in modular construction.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) and knowledge of modular construction processes and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
