Job Description
Unilever is presently hiring qualified candidates for the job role of a Modern Trade Assistant Manager in Ice Cream at 3CG+WGM, Mina Jebel Ali, Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, AE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Modern Trade Assistant Manager
- To create and establish sustainable growth for their IC category across MT UAE with a strong sense of business development.
- Manage a strong and dynamic customer team and deliver on the required capabilities by setting targets & expectations that will support market growth and scale up MT Business against competition.
- Determining the sales, distribution for MT
- Evaluating the annual operation plans and managing stocks.
- Making the activities and promotion agreements and planning of key account customers and conducting them and making periodic evaluation meetings with all key account and local chain customers.
- Making performance assessments such as Perfect Store, cabinet availability and price structure in all key account and local chains.
- Promo planning: Responsible for definition and approval of promo menu, channel insights on promo fit, channel and country promo intensity guideline for FY and quarter in line with Brand and Category Strategy price and promotional strategies.
- Determining the predicted potential via customer visits in all channels and preparing the detailed profile of the market in these countries using NRM principles and prepare a detailed projections of 5 years and ensuring the retail strategy is prepared and executed on-ground E2E, and reporting all these to the management.
- Based on the market & competition conditions & provisions, making product sales analysis, observing product price structures and parallel market perception and making pricing offers for optimizing the company profitability as well as idea sharing to the company.
Requirements for Role of Modern Trade Assistant Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
- 5+ Years Experience in Business Development and Sales including experience in Modern Trade Sales.
- Proven Experience in account management.
- UAE Experience landscape experience.
