Samsung Electronics is seeking a skilled Mobile Applications Tester for a fixed 6 months contract in Dubai, UAE. The role holder will conduct testing for Samsung applications and services in Arabic language. Responsibilities of Mobile Applications Tester

• Receiving Test requests and executing the test following test cases and guides.
• Reporting bugs and suggesting corrections on requirement.
• Creating test cases for Arabic test or translating existing test cases when needed.
• Sharing test status reports.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably majored in engineering or computer science).
• 0-1 years of experience.

Knowledge & Skills of Mobile Applications Tester

• Technology skills around mobile handsets.
• Good knowledge in mobile apps testing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Possess a basic understanding of Android OS and other mobile platforms.
• High self-motivation and ability to work alone, managing own work and setting sensible priorities according to perceived requirements.
• Good at planning and able to meet the testing schedules.
• Good PC skills and the confident use of applications such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Approachable, flexible, team orientated and self-assertive.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
