MIS Supervisor Al Futtaim Automotive Dubai

Al Futtaim Group is currently looking for a MIS Supervisor in UAE who will be responsible to provide front line support to Aftersales Business users on SAP & other applications for Level-1 & Level-2 issues and roll out new system enhancements. Maintain specific Master data & Pricing. Ensure proper maintenance system data to facilitate to smooth daily operation. This is a mid level full time role. For this role the salary ranges from 8000 AED to 20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of MIS Supervisor

• Provide Level-1 & Level-2 support on Aftersales Applications and entire retail Network.
• Regularly maintain specific work packages in SAP system for Aftersales System.
• Support special marketing campaigns & accessory related packages in Aftersales system
• Maintain master data & Pricing details related to service operation.
• Support to roll out of new projects and system enhancement by conducting acceptance test and end user training.
• Liaise with EIT to ensure quick resolution of issues.

Eligibility Requirements for MIS Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
