Job Description

We are looking for a Merchandising Audit Executive for On, who will play pivotal role in aligning POS display materials with brand merchandising guidelines with support of the ‘Brand merchandising specialist’ and meeting the business demographic requirements. Provides constant field reviews to ensure SKUs are presented optimally, adhering to brand standards. 80% of the job will be on field. This person will also be responsible for delivering and communicating visual concepts that help create a positive in-store customer experience that is in line with presentation, quality standards and the brand identity; act as an ambassador for sales team to train and guide them for better understanding of brand standards and VM guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Operational

Audits all the assigned POS locations, to assure that the merchandising is Implemented as per the brand merchandising guidelines.
Constant visit and review of the POS (80% field work).
Creating reports and submitting to the brand specialist.
Working with the POS staff to train and guide on the VM guidelines and requirements.
Understand the visual display material requirements and work on the order forms.
To perform the VM checklist on periodic basis.
Achieves objectives in line with timeframes and expectations; provides regular updates on progress against set expectations and objectives.
Maintain appropriate documentation of displays, in coordination with Visual merchandising coordinator (i.e. photographs, layouts and material records).
Review materials to make sure all received materials meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain accurate logs of movement of materials of visual merchandising activities to enable proper stock keeping and to avoid mismanagement or loss of the materials
To support or facilitate the POS with changing of displays / activations and event set up.
Assist the brand specialist in monthly scheduling the visual merchandising requirements of the stores

In order to be successful in this role, you should have

Higher Secondary School or equivalent.
3-5 years job related experience and 2-4 years of Visual Merchandising field work experience.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
Retail industry experience.
