Merchandiser Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC Dubai

As a Merchandiser at Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC in X48H+VMP, Mina Jebel Ali, Dubai Aid City, Dubai, UAE, candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and maximizing profitability through effective planning and execution of merchandise strategies. Will work across the team to provide support for inventory management, product categorization and daily process to ensure they have access to the most accurate and up to date information on stock and sales. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Merchandiser

• Reporting: Trade reports – basic BI reports (QT, WTS, WSSI, STOCK, FP PM MD)
• Ad hoc reports to check sales and stock in different stores or regions
• Weekly sales/SOH downloads from BI
• Preparation for trade meeting packs
• Generate regular sell thru updates – in season merchandise and SALE
• Inventory: Check stock position and replenishment to store on a daily basis
• Push additional stock based on guidance from the Senior Merchandisers
• Provide stock visibility to stores on both brands upon store/customer request
• Raise transfer ordered from Ecommerce to stores and vice versa
• Run and maintain report that they can all check stock position daily
• Product maintenance: Completing product lists with information and images
• Providing images and information for ECommerce
• New sample tracker
• Inbound/Outbound management: Monitor stock discrepancy.
• Monitor and keep a close eye to costing difference and highlight to senior team in a timely routine.
• Work closely with Buyers to ensure accuracy of hierarchy mapping
• Work closely with IT team for accurate item registration
• Assist with allocation when needed during heavy intake weeks
• Monitor outbound orders and ensure orders are delivered on time to all locations; identify short/mis deliveries and liaise with logistics team to ensure necessary actions

Requirements for Role of Merchandiser

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry.
