Currently they are looking to hire a candidate for the job role of Mercedes Workshop Team Leader (CDT) in Abu Dhabi. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 8000-17000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

About The Role

• Oversee and ensure optimum utilization of the available workshop labour and resources to achieve set operational efficiency targets.
• Ensure the team carries out vehicle repair and service activities in accordance to established quality, safety and efficiency guidelines as per Mercedes Benz and within set time frames.

Requirements for Role of Mercedes Workshop Team Leader

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 – 7 years of minimum experience of customer care & operations experience within automotive work shop environment. OR
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within premium/luxury car brand Experience within Luxury cars service/repair is preferred.
