Duties of A MEP Projects Manager

Create project plans and revise them as appropriate to meet organizational changing needs and requirements.
Liaise with key stakeholders to assure availability of projects assessment and charters.
Maintain a cost control system throughout the project, providing regular financial updates to the management.
Review information related to operational projects and preparation of reports and dashboards on progress, achievements and project performance metrics.
Monitor progress and minimize actual and potential delays to the project.
Manage the interaction with internal departments.
Liaise with vendors and related third parties that may be involved with the project delivery.
Conclude final account negotiations with all parties.
