UAE National MEP Projects Manager Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim is currently looking for a UAE National MEP Projects Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall project execution for projects assigned. The role holder is also responsible for project planning, monitoring, execution, control and closure. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 17000 AED to 35000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of UAE National MEP Projects Manager

• Create project plans and revise them as appropriate to meet organizational changing needs and requirements.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to assure availability of projects assessment and charters.
• Maintain a cost control system throughout the project, providing regular financial updates to the management.
• Review information related to operational projects and preparation of reports and dashboards on progress, achievements and project performance metrics.
• Monitor progress and minimize actual and potential delays to the project.
• Manage the interaction with internal departments.
• Conclude final account negotiations with all parties.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of MEP Projects Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical) or related field.
• 7-10 years of previous proven experience in operations or project management.
• PMP is preferred.
• 2+ years in the retail business or closely related industry.
