Membership Executive Sales J-Club Jumeirah Dubai

An opportunity has arisen for Membership Executive to join our J-Club, premier luxury gym and fitness center at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Mina Al Salam in Jumeirah Beach Road, Umm Suqeim, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an Executive level full time job. For this job the salary ranges from 6000-12000 AED/month which may be slightly negotiable during interview process.

Responsibilities for Membership Executive

• To be responsible for ensuring monthly targets of renewals are achieved.
• To develop activities and initiatives to provide luxury members experience by networking the local area and maximizing the opportunities for renewals.
• To identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to renewal of their memberships.
• To follow all financial procedures, regarding membership renewal.
• Work on development and retention strategies in both clubs along with Sales manager.
• To ensure that all administrative duties are performed to a high standard through the Membership renewal department.
• To acknowledge members and guests (by name if possible) throughout the club and assist them as required, ensuring they always feel comfortable and welcome.
• To have a deeper knowledge of all other services offered by the Jumeirah properties.
• To report any operation problems or complaints immediately to the Health Club Manager.

Requirements for Membership Executive

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Experience of working within a 5 Star Luxury environment and Fitness Chain.
• Minimum 1-3 year in Membership Renewal and our account management.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Fit and aesthetic silhouette.
• Great communication skills.
• High level of written and verbal business English.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
