Transguard Group is currently recruiting for Meet & Greet Professional to be based out of their office in Dubai. The role will be first point of contact for the company and will provide welcoming reception to guests. Submit your application if you are interested.

Duties of Meet & Greet Professional

• Greeting guests and providing an engaging warm welcome or fond farewell.
• Ensure each guest/customer is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.
• To provide a welcoming and professional reception experience to guests and visitors, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive first impression of the organization or venue.
• Engage with guests and offer any assistance if required by communicating to respective Operations team.
• Recommends and effectively promotes relevant services across the integrated showroom that are in tune with the customers preferences.
• Attend daily briefing to ensure valuable information and share updates among team members.

Requirements for Meet & Greet Professional

• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
