Duties as Medical Records Technician

• Responsible for distributing medical charts to the appropriate hospital departments.
• Following hospital guidelines, maintain accurate records.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork, patient charts, and reports.
• Ensure protection and confidentiality of all medical records.
• Provide appropriate forms and documents to the nursing department.
• Perform clerical tasks such as responding to emails, answering phone calls, and processing patient admission and discharge records.
• Collect and file patient personal and demographic information.
• Issue medical files to agencies or persons according to laws and regulations.
• Help in departmental investigations and audits.

Education & Experience of Medical Records Technician

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a similar role.
• UAE national.

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of administration processes.
• Proficient in information management programs and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills
