Job Purpose of A Medical Auditor
Reviews healthcare documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of medical services.
Job Duties of A Medical Auditor
- Submission of inpatient / outpatient claims to concerned insurance / TPA’s for final payment within the time limit.
- Resubmission of rejected claims from payer / TPA in order to receive the balance payment.
- Creation of insurance plan.
- Reconciliation data to audit team leader for recon purposes.
- Credit notes generation every month and reporting to the team lead.
- Generation of Review meet Reports to the management.
- Performs any other jobs or duties assigned by the HOD from time to time within the scope of job title.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 years of experience in Insurance or healthcare industry.
Skills Desired
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with co workers, supervisor and customers.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Spoken Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
