LuLu Group International looking for a dynamic Media Sales Head to generate revenue from various in store, digital and other advertisement & media options available across Lulu Hypermarkets & shopping malls in Building, Y Tower, Al Nahyan, E25, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your extensive network of contacts with advertisers and media agencies in UAE and to independently lead strategic operations to identify, package & sell innovative advertisement options. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Media Sales Head
- Identify and sell various media and advertisement options across Lulu Hypermarkets and its digital and print media platforms.
- Plan annual budgets & create strategies to achieve them.
- Understand market requirements and provide media solutions to potential advertisers.
- Be a strategic thinker who can lead the operations independently.
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news.
Requirements for Role of Media Sales Head
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of marketing exposure, specifically in media sales and event marketing.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- UAE-based professionals working in reputed Radio, TV, Print, Digital, and OOH media organizations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
