Job Overview of A Materials Coordinator

Materials Coordinator at NAFFCO UAE has to manage and coordinate the procurement, inventory control, sales and distribution of materials for efficient operations.

Your Duties As A Materials Coordinator

  • Preparing sales order, invoices & purchase request.
  • Arranging the materials and delivering the same on time for customers and to operations team according to time frame.
  • Closing sales order upon receiving the work completion report and submitting invoices.
  • Follow up purchase request from store and department.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Diploma / Graduate of Engineering / Admin

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience as Material Coordinator.

Nationality

  • Any nationality.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Knowledge in Oracle is a must
  • Must have a knowledge in Contracting / AMC / Maintenance coordination.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Application.
  • Well organized and responsible aptitude in problem solving.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
