An exciting opportunity has been announced by Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa Al Aqah Beach for the job role of Massage Therapist. The selected candidate will be responsible  to recommend and apply body conditioning treatments and massages to the guests or leisure club members. Responsibilities of Massage Therapist

• Massage body, using techniques as kneading, rubbing and stroking to stimulate blood circulation, relax contracted muscles or to relieve other conditions
• Administer steam or dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared or water treatments on request of customer
• Provide directions to clients in activities such as reducing or remedial exercises
•  Understand the club facilities and the price of memberships.
• Record treatments furnished to customers.
• Ensure that treatment rooms are tidy and all the items available e.g. towels, candles, oils, etc.
• Aware of how to make reservation for massage and other treatment packages.
• Perform duties in a professional manner to the full satisfaction of the guests.
  Observe high standards of personal hygiene.

Requirements of Massage Therapist

• Certified Massage Therapist.
• 2+ years experience within the same role in a hotel or spa environment.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Skilled with all massaging treatments.
• Portray a good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Great team player attitude.
