Duties as Marketing & Sales Manager

• Lead and manage the marketing function as a strategic enabler to support sustainable business growth and revenue generation.
• Provide strong leadership and management support to the team.
• Develop the strategic marketing plan for the business unit or cluster.
• Manage the marketing budget.
• Position the business unit as the desired healthcare brand.
• Maintain and build sustainable relationships.

Qualification & Experience

Following is the desired criteria for the role of Marketing & Sales Manager – Continuum of Care Business at Mediclinic:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing (experience is seen as more valuable than a formal qualification).
• Relevant Degree in Marketing is Desirable.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Sound track record in a senior marketing role.
• Experience in the healthcare sector in UAE is desirable.

Job Skills & Knowledge

• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrate a good understanding and application of all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and policies.
• Demonstrate an ability to manage financial resources in a manner that will support the achievement of marketing objectives set out for the business unit or cluster.
• Demonstrate knowledge, insight and experience in the UAE healthcare market.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of branding and brand management.
• Digital marketing principles and best practice.
• Marketing principles and best practice.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage).
• Networking and influencing skills.
