Duties of Marketing Manager

• Responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy, and overseeing a team of marketing professionals.
• Lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Leading and training teams of Marketing professionals.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
•  10+ years’ experience in marketing.
