Job Description

Emirates Transport is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to join their Marketing and Communication team in Dubai. As a Marketing Manager at ET, the candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing and creating the visual and creative aspects of our marketing campaigns and collaterals. This role requires a combination of strong design skills, project management, event management, and strategic marketing expertise.

Responsibilities of A Marketing Manager

  •  Conceptualize, design, and produce visually appealing marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, web banners, advertisements, internal designs, stand-ups, interior design, website design, PowerPoint, sales campaigns, etc.
  • Create & and ensure that all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent and professional look and feel.
  • Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative design concepts into marketing materials.
  • Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the marketing director to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging.
  • Provide input on marketing strategy, ensuring that design elements support and enhance the overall marketing efforts.
  • Create visual assets that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition and message.
  • Create multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers for specialized multimedia projects.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving the organization’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Track the performance of visual content and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • A/B test design variations to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements For Marketing Manager

The eligibility requirements for role of a Marketing Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, Master’s degree a plus.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising role.

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with web design and multimedia production is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and marketing materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
