Marketing Manager Beside Group Dubai

Marketing Manager at Beside Group in Beside FZE. Street N302,Jebel Ali Free Zone North. PO BOX 61237. Dubai, UAE. will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and ultimately increase sales across various channels including retail, e-commerce and social media platforms and will be essential in achieving their business objectives. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-40000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote brands across the Middle East. Aligning with business objectives and target audience demographics.
• Collaborate closely with brand partners to ensure marketing activities are in line with brand guidelines. And standards across ATL, BTL, Events, OOH and Digital activities.
• Build strong working relationships with existing media and influencers. With the support of marketing team and agencies. Ensure seamless execution of media plans from ideation to planning to optimization and performance analysis.
• Develop long/short term strategies for paid media campaigns through offline and online channels.
• Contact & negotiate with local media suppliers in order to obtain competitive rates.
• Co-lead a team of marketing professionals and provide a mentoring role to more junior team members, supporting them in delivering on their objectives and coaching them in their careers.
• Working with business stakeholders and peers to ensure the strategy is being delivered.
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns.

Requirements for Role of Marketing Manager

• University Degree, preferably in marketing
• 8-10 years of marketing experience preferably within lifestyle retail and/or media agency or other relevant industries.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Well versed with MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
