Duties Of Marketing Intern

Strategy and Planning

• Supporting with developing and implementing APCO’s strategy to elevate brand visibility that aligns with APCO’s strategic priorities and three-year plan.
• Research go-to-market strategies that highlight new agency innovations.
• Coordinate and liaise with the global marketing team to align on internal and external campaigns.
• Support with conducting market, trend, and competition analyses.
• Support with developing and improving content and e-content and use marketing KPIs to measure success against APCO’s brand and activities.

Marketing events, management and communications

• Support with planning and coordinating marketing events such as roundtables, roadshows, high-level meetings, and various regional events.
• Generate ideas to translate our purpose, values and wider priorities into inspiring internal and external communications campaigns and materials that educate and engage wider audiences.
• Support with the development of content and collateral including case studies for the region and associated tools.
• Support with maintaining up-to-date talking points on new client success stories and agency innovations for the MENA region.
• Work collaboratively with the Support Services team to drive planning and project management of events.
• Coordinate maintaining relationships with agencies, awards, media, universities and other third parties, championing consistency and proper implementation of the APCO brand.

Day-to-day operations

• Day-to-day project administration.
• Content development for communication across different markets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for APCO’s branding initiatives.
• Develop thought leadership content—long-form, short-form and real-time.
• Promote marketing activity on social media that aligns with the company’s overall strategy.

Requirements For Marketing Intern

The eligibility requirements for the role of Marketing Intern are as under:

• Senior undergraduate or a new graduate.
• Minimum of 0 – 2 years relevant experience.
