Job Description
Seddiqi Holding currently looking for a Marketing Executive to assist the Marketing Management with all related marketing requirements and responsible for the daily implementation of strategic marketing initiatives. The Job holder will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of the department’s activities including administration, research, report generation and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities of Marketing Executive
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies and plan for Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons.
- Supports Marketing management team with end-to-end event and exhibition planning & organization, management and meetings.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings & reporting.
- Assists in managing marketing plans and liaising with the internal and external stakeholders. to ensure information is clearly communicated and plans are scheduled and executed on time.
- Undertake research to identify new vendors and liaises and maintains relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures/competitive analysis.
- Gather feedback at the end of every marketing activity and compile a post-event report on a monthly basis.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance, suggest corrective measures as required.
- Update marketing calendar and work on gathering the required content ensuring that it is regularly updated.
- Handle Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons pop-ups (in-mall activations), from concept, installation and dismantling.
- Liaise with the team for the pop-up permits and requirements.
- Liaise with the brand management team to identify the pieces they wish to push on social media.
What you will do more
- Update the marketing plan on a weekly basis on Smartsheet to ensure the communication team is up-to-date on all upcoming marketing activities.
- Co-coordinates with the communication team regarding upcoming campaigns and collates information on campaign effectiveness through monitoring social media traffic.
- Compiles all budgets for events/exhibits and follows up on invoices and payments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compiles post event reports including costs, marketing activities and presentations for internal use, including tracking guest lists, supplier list, references and record keeping purposes for future events.
- Managing logistics for events including planning, procurement, gift sourcing, coordination and follow up on all requirements.
- Liaise with the Marketing team, Brand Management for photoshoots with external parties (i.e. magazines).
- Coordinate with agencies on deliverables for Brand campaigns, events, etc.
- Manages follow up on required permits with relevant authorities for events/exhibitions as required.
Requirements for Role of Marketing Executive
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years job related experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in local market in marketing.
