An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the Kitchen Connection at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The job holder will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and projects both online and offline for Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered to Jumeirah’s brand standards. Support the Assistant Marketing Manager/Marketing Manager on the day-to-day operations and in driving different marketing activities to maximize stakeholders’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities of Marketing Executive

  • Provide daily support to the marketing team for all marketing activities, campaigns, and projects.
  • Admin support – managing quotes and coordinating approvals with various suppliers.
  • Tracking all departmental spends, managing accruals and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand marketing requirements.
  • Create marketing briefs for design team and agencies.
  • Execute the marketing plans.
  • Support Sales team by reviewing trade marketing content.
  • Drafting/managing translation of marketing material.
  • Ensure the website content for the hotel is fully updated, in line with the standards established for website content.
  • Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers making sure those partners fully understand and maximize the value of the Jumeirah brand.
  • Clearly communicate the latest marketing offers to the Public Relations and Communications teams.
  • Development of operational marketing collaterals for Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
  • Track the productivity of each marketing activity planned and executed using the CRM system.
  • Analysis of campaigns and offers using internal and external platforms.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the pre-determined deadlines.
  • Provide the required marketing support to the different departments including Operations, Corporate, GCC, Leisure and Groups Sales.
  • Execute projects related to photography and arrange photo/video shoots in adherence to brand Photography Style Guidelines.
  • Maintain an artwork archive within the designated location predefined by the department.
  • Ongoing competitor reviews and checks to identify special offers and activities done by the hotels in the competitive set.
  • Adhere to the procurement process in the standard set out by the department and manage marketing investment based on budget and forecasts and with help and support from the Assistant Manager.

Requirements of Marketing Executive

  • A minimum of 1-2 years marketing experience with luxury or hospitality brands.
  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing .

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification is desirable.
  • Any second language will be an advantage.
