Marketing Executive, Johnson Controls UAE

Johnson Controls is actively hiring suitable candidate for job role of a Marketing Executive for Middle East & Africa region. The selected candidate will report directly to the Business Development Manager of the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. The selected candidate will be based in Dubai and will closely work with team for the DX (RAC, PAC & VRF) portfolio and support to grow company’s footprint within MEA region.

Job Purpose of A Marketing Executive

Promote and drive the company’s products or services through strategic marketing efforts.

Duties of A Marketing Executive

• Managing relationships and agreements with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Implementing the company’s global branding guidelines, supervising the progress of global marketing campaigns and assessing customer dedication and requirements.
• Prioritizing and being responsible for advertising/communication campaigns (social media, offline activities etc), exhibitions and promotional events with channel partner.
• Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies by conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
• 2-3 years of past experience in similar role is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Understanding of current commercial trends and marketing strategies for MEA region.
• Possess team attitude and self starting work ethics with minimal direction.
• Ability and desire to find efficient solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non technical audience.
• Proven understanding and skills with Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficient language skills in Arabic & English.
• Candidate must be UAE national.
