Duties of A Marketing Executive

• Organizing employee engagement activities across the division.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team on all employee related initiatives.
• To develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to promote products or services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth through effective communication and engagement with target audiences.
• Implementing marketing plans and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers etc for specific events
• Creation of monthly birthday & work anniversary greetings.
• Create print ready artwork using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for all company design requirements.
• Prepare and amend design proofs in PDF or print, and work on them from concept through to production and create print ready files.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Marketing Executive are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
