Duties as Marketing Executive

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Arabic media outlets.
  • Create and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance brand image.
  • Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press releases.
  • Produce compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Craft press releases, articles, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging strategy.
  • Content creation through assisting in photoshoots within the portfolio based on the pre-approved brief and storyboard.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Translate marketing materials and content from English to Arabic.
  • Ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness in translations.
  • Plan and execute inhouse & external events to promote the hospital’s offerings & boost engagement.
  • Foster community engagement through partnerships and outreach programs.
  • Design and execute advertising campaigns to promote the organization.
  • Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Facilitate & support in media buying & planning.
  • Assist with the execution of the marketing plan to achieve show / campaign objectives.
  • Work cohesively with all members of the marketing team (PR, Digital and Design) to create an omni channel activation plan and drive implementation to maximize brand exposure.
  • Deliver reports and analysis on activation plans, associated expenditure and resulting return on investment.
  • Monitor and benchmark competitor activities, category trends and consumer habits in the market, recommending plans and actions to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Identify activation opportunities across channels and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Liaise with internal team members (service team, brand team, etc.) as well as external teams (agencies, influencers and communities).

Education & Experience of Marketing Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-4 years’ experience in marketing roles, with a focus on public relations and media management.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
  • Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
