Job Description
Marketing Executive at AL Nabooda Automobiles in Juma Al Nabooda Building, Khalifa,146 Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai, UAE will manage and coordinate marketing activities and communication as directed by Marketing Manager in conjunction with AVME for new, pre-owned and after sales departments and to assist in the achievement of agreed business objectives by the General Manager VW. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Marketing Executive
- Marketing Planning and Management
- Support the marketing manager in the creation and effective execution of the annual marketing plan in close consult with higher management, internal teams, AVME, agencies and business partners
- Ensure all marketing campaigns, activities and tactics are budgeted for in a timely manner in consult with the marketing manager using the existing systems and processes
- Ensure that all marketing tracking tools and systems are updated in a timely manner
- Communication – Internal, Organic and Owned Channels
- Own all content management on the New Cars and Certified Used Car Websites in coordination with Internal stakeholders, AVME Marketing team, agencies and ensure these platforms are working smoothly
- Complete ownership of ANA-VW Social Media Channels.
- Manage social media agency, the monthly content calendar, content creation and all customer feedback channels
- Brief and coordinate with supporting agencies for any and all content creation for social media channels
- Brief and manage any boosted campaigns on social media as and when necessary.
- Support the team in the execution of any 1st party communication via email, sms or digital mediums
- Support with the creation and translation of content for all communication channels
- Ensure the website is kept relevant and up-to-date.
- Produce an internal newsletter to build a strong community within the different departments of Al Nabooda Automobiles.
- Communication – Paid Media
- Support the marketing manager in identifying paid media opportunities (ATL, BTL and Digital) and in executing paid media campaigns as per business needs and objectives.
- Support the department in routine monitoring of paid campaigns and in the reporting of all relevant KPIs including web reporting
What you will do more
- Retail Marketing Support
- Support the marketing department in ensuring that all department stationary needs are satisfied within CI boundaries
- Support the marketing department in the design and production of POSM as per business needs
- Support the marketing department in ensuring that all Inventories are maintained
- Support the marketing department with stand-alone projects as directed by marketing manager
- Experiential Marketing
- Create and design experiential concepts to support business needs and/or as directed by the marketing manager.
- Support the marketing department with the coordination required with event agency, freelancers, internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful execution of experiential concepts
- Support the marketing department with any and all end of campaign event reporting
- CRM and Marketing Technologies
- Support the digital lead management process in regard to the assignment and delegation of digital leads as directed by the marketing manager
- Support the department with the routine use, maintenance, updation of martech tools and help ensure in successful execution of said tools across departments
- Support the marketing department in the monitoring and management for key CRM KPIs such as lead follow ups, DQI etc as mandated by AVME or internal senior stakeholders
- Public Relations and Influencer Marketing
- Support the marketing manager to help create and execute PR opportunities for important internal milestones, Product launches and when otherwise relevant
- Support with translation needs and work with Legal and corporate PR teams to ensure all content is approved
- Manage influencer agency. Develop and implement influencer concepts as per business need in consult with marketing manager. Develop and maintain direct relations with local influencers
- Personal Development
- Engage in continuous professional development; keep fully up-to-date with new products launched by principal.
- Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.
Requirements for Role of Marketing Executive
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
