Park Hyatt Dubai is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Marketing Coordinator. The selected candidate is responsible to assist operationally and administratively in the achievement of department’s pre determined sales and revenue targets.
Responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator
- Collaborate on planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Craft captivating marketing copy and content for target audiences.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend adjustments for optimal results.
- Create and manage engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and graphics.
- Grow and nurture online communities through social media interaction.
- Stay on top of social media trends and implement new strategies for a strong online presence.
- Update and maintain the hotel’s website with fresh content and user-friendly navigation.
- Collaborate with other departments to create informative and engaging website content.
- Design and develop marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist with planning and execution of promotional events and activities to attract new guests.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team (scheduling, data entry, reporting).
- Remain organized and adaptable to manage diverse tasks and priorities.
- Work closely with other departments for a unified marketing approach.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements
The requirements of Marketing Coordinator are as under:
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
