Anantara Downtown Dubai is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Marketing Communications Manager. The job holder is responsible to position the hotel properly in order to achieve the marketing objectives of the hotel and the brand and to represent the hotel to guests and clients from all over the world.

Responsibilities of Marketing Communications Manager

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and event management.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and other partners to create effective promotional materials.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain a strong brand image in all marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements of Marketing Communications Manager

The requirements of Marketing Communications Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor Degree in marketing, marketing communication or any related field
  • At least 5 years experience in PR & marketing communication

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Experienced in writing and editing proposals and publications.
  • Strong (written and verbal) communications skills.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
