Marketing Commercial Plan Manager Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim is currently looking for a Marketing Commercial Plan Manager who will be responsible for collaborating with the commercial and operations teams to ensure all their commercial activations are planned in advance, ensuring the customer is front and centre of these activations and there is adherence to set protocols and timelines defined by the marketing team. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 15000 AED to 30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Marketing Commercial Plan Manager

• Lead the marketing execution of the commercial plan for Carrefour UAE.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships with counterparts in commercial and operations teams (Commercial Directors, District Managers and Key Store Managers).
• Manage the agenda for the weekly commercial plan meetings bringing all stakeholders together (commercial, operations, supply chain, finance).
• Use insight reports from customer intelligence to feed into meetings with commercial teams.
• Ensure commercial activations are customer led at an omnichannel level.
• Manage weekly marketing meetings to ensure the marketing organization is executing deliverables on time.
• Conduct specific research on competitors on need-basis and report results to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Leverage analytical reporting tools to provide business insights and report on market activities.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Marketing Commercial Plan Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in field related to Database Management or Data Analytics.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in analyzing data and working on various tools.
• Experience as an individual contributor.
