Majid Al Futtaim is currently looking for a Marketing and Media Manager who will be responsible for marketing strategy development and execution to deliver effective brand communication campaigns tailored to the assigned market. This role will also develop and execute an effective Media plan and continuously monitor KPIs. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 6000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Marketing and Media Manager

  • Collaborate with the GCC Hub to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the assigned market.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to run research studies to gain deep insights into market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.
  • In addition to collaborating with research teams to design and execute studies that contribute to informed marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute impactful brand communication campaigns that resonate with the target audience in the assigned market.
  • Plan and oversee media buying and placement strategies with the agency for optimal reach and impact.
  • Oversee the flawless execution of digital marketing initiatives, coordinating with the hub to ensure development of relevant assets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including online, and commercial teams, to develop one brand calendar that ensures balance of brand vs. sales objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and information detailing market insights, campaign performance, and relevant data to be shared with the GCC Hub.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Marketing and Media Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand communication, media planning and digital marketing.
  • Prior experience in the region.
