Job Description

As a Senior Market Strategy & Planning Manager at P&G in X346+RXG, Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, UAE, candidate will be one of their key drivers behind their continued growth and success. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Market Strategy & Planning Manager

  • Develop winning commercial plans to enable Sales teams to win in stores and drive local Go-to-Market & Sales Fundamentals strategies to win with customers.
  • Lead deployment of agreed regional strategies, key business priorities and regional Master plan to the Key Account Managers/Market Development Managers.
  • Define and deliver regional sales fundamentals and Business targets.
  • Track promotion efficiency, ROI/cost-event analysis to ensure the efficient outcome for their in-market investments.
  • Supply to stewardship conformity giving clear mentorship on compliant spending to ensure the best use of budgets and no control outages.

Requirements for Role of Market Strategy & Planning Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of meaningful experience in the mentioned industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes.
  • Expertise in retail promotion planning and execution to reflect in future planning.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility in travel – 30% (8-9 times a year including Customer Meetings, Internal meetings, Consumer Research etc.)
  • High preference for Arabic Speaking.
  • Expertise of operations at Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers and the shopper-based design/key sales fundamental (counter location and size) to provide clear mentorship to Sales team to drive the best in-store execution.
  • Knowledge in Personal Care brands.
