Manager Training GAL UAE

Manager in all Training at GAL in Khalifa City, Sector 33, Abu Dhabi, UAE related activities to successfully support customer mission requirements and meet all Key Performance Indicators. Candidate is responsible for the planning, organizing, leading and supervision of the aviation training department. With regard to planning the candidate identifies competencies/deficiencies for individuals and functional areas. Based on this assessment the job holder directs and manages the development, budget, implementation, execution and evaluation of the training program(s). This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, Organizing, leading and supervision of the aviation maintenance training department.
• Identify training needs, best methods, and develop materials needed to support professional development and company performance.
• Develop training program capable of producing well trained UAE nationals in support of maintenance support activity.
• Advise and assist company/directorate leadership, when requested, on companywide training matters.
• Work with line manager/customer to identify and meet training needs.
• Analyze training deficiencies and develop corrective actions accordingly.
• Develop relationships to enhance working environment with (Learning & Development, Sections, and Customer).
• Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of training department staff.
• Establish training procedures, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against Key Performance Indicators KPI.
• Continuously reviews and evaluate existing and proposed training programs.
• Implement training programs ensuring that all training requirements are satisfied, training is scheduled as applicable (daily, weekly etc.).
• To monitor and report quarterly on the outcomes on the training program and progress.

Requirements for Role of Manager Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR or education certificate in CIPD or SHRM Master degree is a plus.
• Equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 Years Prior experience planning, executing, aviation training and evaluating training programs.
• Equivalent work experience preferred.
• Management experience desired.
