Manager Talent Acquisition at Deloitte will be responsible to support the Risk Advisory Middle East Risk Internal Client Services (ICS) team in working on practice initiatives, and collaborating with teams to develop Talent Acquisition. This is a mid level full time role. For this position salary can range between 15000 to 25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of A Manager Talent Acquisition

  • Provide recruitment services within the Middle East region to meet the business needs across the Risk Advisory strategy.
  • Increase engagement of key business stakeholders across the AIC service.
  • Develop recruitment plans and innovative sourcing strategies for expertise across Risk Advisory.
  • Understand requisitions and develop detailed job descriptions to meet the job requirement.
  • Create comprehensive market mappings for specific niche markets.
  • Build relationships with internal and external networks and relationships to support candidate identification and sourcing.
  • Take full ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and obtain their involvement in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidates interviews, selection, and competency frameworks.
  • Advise on most suitable sourcing strategies and establish delivery timelines for each position.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are managed through the recruitment management system, Avature.
  • Manage workforce planning and analytics along with Talent Acquisition Leader and the Partner.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal recruitment system as well as employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet recruitment needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Manager Talent Acquisition are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically recruiting for profiles related to Internal Audit, GRC, Sustainability, Financial Crime, etc.
  • Experience with Big 4 or other consultancy firms is essential.

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment with flexible working hours.
