An opportunity has arisen for a Manager Social Media to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The job holder will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies for Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

Responsibilities of Manager Social Media

  • Execute the tactical elements of the social media strategy- social/ content calendar creation, writing captions, ensure brand consistency, community management.
  • Oversee the growth of online communities for Jumeirah Group hotels, restaurants and wellness.
  • Ensure consistent community engagement on Jumeirah Group social media channels.
  • Proactively develop and manage social media campaigns- both standalone and integrated campaigns.
  • Be a brand guardian, setting guidelines, ensuring the content’s tone of voice for each Jumeirah brand is correct.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with social media agencies where relevant.
  • Produce comprehensive analysis of Jumeirah Groups brands social media performance.
  • Researching and advising on the most relevant social media channels for Jumeirah Group to be present on.
  • Align with Marketing team to ensure paid campaigns and messaging are consistent with organic posts.
  • Align with PR teams to ensure social media strategy aligns with wider PR and Communications strategy.

Requirements of Manager Social Media

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role managing multiple social media channels and campaigns.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Expertise in use of social media analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Experience of planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest features, algorithms, and best practices on major social media platforms.
  • In depth knowledge of all social media channels (Instagram, facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube etc).
