This role will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales technology team, maintaining & enhancing existing technology and conceptualizing, planning, designing use of global best practices and their implementation with adaption of latest technologies. Responsibilities of Manager Sales Technology & Systems

  • Sales Systems & Application Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for sales applications, prioritizing & aligning sales technology initiatives with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Develop architecture frameworks using latest tools and technologies
  • Product Owner & Management: Act as a Product Owner for any internal/external system / technology used by sales.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation and a high performance culture.
  • Delivery Management: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of enterprise application projects, adhering to quality standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with vendor resources to ensure timely project executions.
  • Digital Transformation: Spearhead sales digital transformation efforts, leveraging low code no code platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Project Management: Define the Digital Transformational Roadmap and lead the execution through strong Project and Program Management skills.
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions and design best in class business critical solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
  • Responsible for maintenance and development of the existing tools used by sales and making sure the tools are usable 24×7.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and maintain CRM systems to enhance customer interactions and support sales and marketing processes.
  • Responsible for setting up B2B Marketing technologies (like Pardot, Terminus, LinkedIn etc) and integration with CRM.

Requirements for Role of Manager Sales Technology & Systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • 6+ years of industry experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams and overseeing large information technology projects preferably into B2B CRM/ B2B Marketing/Data Analytics.
  • 3+ year experience in leading development teams and managing large scale projects.
  • Must have worked as a product owner for a B2B CRM product.
  • Must hold Salesforce Platform development or equivalent Certifications.
  • Hands on experience in digital transformation projects, including low code no code platform implementation.
  • Should have experience in Salesforce Digital Experiences and Sales Cloud.
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development
  • Experience in IT service management, production support and operational environments.

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
