The Manager Rewards & Recognition at Emirates Airlines in Garhoud Area opposite to Airport Terminal 3, Dubai, UAE will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing high impact employee recognition programs across their global organization. Reporting directly to the SVP HR (Compensation & Benefits), they will collaborate closely with Executive leadership, HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure that their recognition initiatives are effective and align with their corporate values, business objectives and cultural norms. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-45000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Manager Rewards & Recognition

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recognition strategy that enhances employee engagement, motivation and retention.
  • Design and implement innovative recognition programs and initiatives tailored to a diverse global workforce.
  • Use data analytics and employee feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of recognition initiatives and identify areas for improvement, aligning recognition efforts with organizational priorities and values.
  • Design & manage high-profile recognition events, including award ceremonies, milestone celebrations and leadership forums.
  • Continuously benchmark their programs with reference to the latest industry trends, emerging technologies and best-in-class practices in employee recognition and rewards.
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors, partners, and industry associations to leverage resources and expertise in recognition program design and delivery.
  • Manage the budget, resources and timelines for recognition initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Design and implement plans to increase participation and satisfaction with employee engagement activities including Sports Clubs, Platinum Programme, FACE and Ideas Hub.

Requirements for Role of Manager Rewards & Recognition

  • A completed Degree or Honors in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 10+ years working experience in Human Resources with particular focus on rewards, recognition or employee engagement.
  • Experience working with senior executives and C suite leaders, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision making.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
