DAMAC Group presently has a job opening for suitably qualified  candidate for position of a Manager Retail Design in Dubai. This is a Senior level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 15000-35000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Manager Retail Design

• Coordinate the detailed design process of the Retail/ Shopping Malls projects undertaken by DAMAC, ensuring strict adherence to provided specifications and attention to cost management measures as per the brief provided.
• Coordinate activities with DAMAC’s technical department and internal & external design consultants’ team to ensure the timely. And accurate development of the Retail and Shopping Malls design work as per the brief provided.
• Manage the implementation and the use of the design management processes (DMP) across all the Retail and Shopping Malls projects undertaken by the team.
• Support the reporting line in the management and development of the project services procurement strategy in relation to the resources, materials, etc. In discussion with DAMAC’s projects, design, and technical teams to ensure that all services required are covered.
• Keep abreast of the design consultants’ market.

Requirements for Role of Manager Retail Design

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Design Development with internationally-recognized Developers or design/ architectural firms.
• UAE Experience essential.
