DAMAC Group is presently hiring qualified and  experienced candidate for the job position of a Senior Manager Projects Facade. The selected candidate will be responsible for facade designs/ packages of buildings/tower projects (facade of a building is the exterior envelope or skin or face of the structure). Purpose of A Manager Projects Facade

Manage execution of facade designs & packages on all tower related projects, ensuring quality, safety and adherence to project goals.

Job Duties of A Manager Projects Facade

• Manage delivery of facade packages on tower projects.
• Conduct initial assessment of consultant’s design and provide technical coordination of high specification facade packages.
• Lead, manage and deliver all facade related activities on site.
• Contractor design & consultant interaction.
• Propose value engineering options for facade packages.
• Determine contractor pricing, material sourcing and procurement strategy.
• Perform any other facade related task which may fall within the scope of job duties.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or other relevant field.
• Candidate must have plus years of relevant experience.
• Ideally, the successful candidate must have experience with a top tier facade contractor.
• However, candidates with experience of facade contractors from developer or consultancy background can also apply.
