Responsibilities
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Identify target markets and demographics to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Brand Promotion: Develop and maintain the brand’s identity and image.
- Implement campaigns across various channels, including social media, traditional advertising and events.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with design and production teams.
- Develop marketing materials and collateral for new product releases.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, bloggers and other brands to expand reach.
- Coordinate events and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Public Relations: Work with the PR team to manage media relations, press releases and other public relations activities.
Requirements for Role of Manager Marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing.
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment.
