Duties Of Manager CX Strategy And Innovation
- Develop and execute strategic plans for Customer Experience.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify CX opportunities.
- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
- Manage programs related to the telecom business & CX, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify and manage risks and issues related to program delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Work with vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure that program deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of Manager CX Strategy And Innovation are as under:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- 5+ years experience in strategic analysis or program management in the telecom industry, or any related field around customer experience.
