Duties Of Manager Corporate Finance

• Valuation Modelling: Develop comprehensive valuation models using various methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, etc.) to determine the worth of assets, investments, and projects.
• Financial Modelling: Develop comprehensive financial models to assess impact and decision making (capital structure, dividend policy, tax optimisation strategies).
• Business Planning: Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop business plans / business cases, analyse scenarios for all strategic projects, M&A projects, investee companies. Provide guidance on decision-making under different conditions.
• Financial Analysis: Lead the analysis of financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop presentations: Develop presentations and reports for executives and Board.
• Automation: Technology Integration: Explore and implement advanced financial modeling tools and technologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of valuation and economic analyses.
• Provide Finance support for key projects
• Support in development of business case, budget, processing approvals.
• End to end finance support from initiation to completion of the key projects (projects other than business as usual).

Eligibility Requirements For Manager Corporate Finance

The eligibility requirements for the role of Manager Corporate Finance are as under:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top tier university.
• MBA as well as further specialization in Corporate Finance like CFA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in valuation modelling, financial analysis in the Telecom/ICT industry.
