Job Purpose of A Manager Cash Solutioning & Advisory

• This role is integral to the management of cash management products, which often necessitate tailored solutions.
• Such solutions also require alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure proper approvals and guidance are in place for end-to-end conclusion of such transactions.
• This position requires providing expert advisory support in structuring and solutioning for both Business Banking (BB) and Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) customers.
• Collaboration with Relationship Managers, customers, and the Transaction Banking team is essential to ensure effective structuring and execution.

Duties of A Manager Cash Solutioning & Advisory

• The role mandates the development of expertise and a deep understanding of cash management product structures, risk considerations, system capabilities, and industry norms and intricacies.
• Understanding Transaction Banking deal structures, product guidelines, and processes, as well as strict adherence to the bank’s regulatory, compliance, and operational risk policies, is imperative.
• This ensures that the execution of deals aligns with established policies and processes.
• Collaborate with the Relationship Manager (RM) to assume a leading role in the origination, structuring, and sales of Cash Management deals.
• Provide support in the implementation of cash management solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of clients.
• Actively contribute to the growth of CASA balances and increase product penetration.
• Strive to position ENBD as a comprehensive provider of cash management solutions, aiming to offer end-to-end solutions to valued clients.
• Improve cash balances leading to enhanced revenue from bank perspective.
• Enhance client confidence in ENBD solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Experience

• 4-5 years of previous experience in relevant field.
