Job Purpose of A Manager Business Planning

• Develop and oversee strategies, budgets and goals to ensure company growth and success.
• Analyze market trends, financial data and operational plans to make informed decisions and drive the organization’s forward momentum.

Your Job Duties As A Manager Business Planning At Dubai Ports (DP) World (UAE)

• Develop and execute the company planning process in line with overall business goals and market trends.
• Develop business plans, including market analysis, competitive assessment, financial projections / statements, operational excellence and resource allocation.
• Work with BI team to conduct research & analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends and risks.
• Use the analysis out comes to support Business Unit Heads/ Functional Heads in preparing business plans.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather inputs and insights for business planning, including finance, marketing, operations and sales.
• Work with Finance to develop and maintain financial models and fore casts to support business planning and decision making process.
• Monitor the progress of the approved business plans and provide a periodic targets / projects deviation report to top management.
• Monitor and analyze the business plans KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the periodic review and update of the business plans, ensuring adherence to time lines and delivery requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and new technologies to identify chances for innovation.
• Provide guidance to the business planning team.
