Duties of Manager Business Performance

KPIs & SLAs:

  • Define Key Performance Indicators for the verticals to measure performance in line with industry benchmarks that covers all levels within the function.
  • Define Service Level and Reverse Service Levels for all the delivery channels and services.
  • Roll out the KPIs and SLAs after necessary approvals.

Monitoring & Dashboards:

  • Manage creation of Reports, dashboards to create visibility on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Automate reports and dashboards to provide real time, efficient and accurate data to key stakeholders.
  • Display performance dashboards using the monitors for realtime compliance for the towers as well as team members in the department.
  • Create internal customer performance dashboards for the services delivered and the metrics that support customer functions deliverables.

Reporting:

  • Define reporting and review cadence within Finance and Internal Customer Stakeholders.
  • Finalize Reporting pack and publish the pack to MD and CM offices.
  • Continue to work technology to develop automated reports, dashboards that highlight performance and exceptions.
  • Assess performance metrics to arrive analytical insights that support performance improvement, enhancing efficiency and improve customer service.
  • Report continuously to the Towerleads and the managers on analytical insights of the metrics/measurements to work on the projects to bring efficiency.

Rewards Management:

  • Define and finalize the rewards mechanism that improve productivity, efficiency and customer service at the grass root level of the department.
  • Roll out the program which continuously measure and give away rewards to the department team members at the defined intervels as well as spot program.
  • Publish regular reports on rewards outcome to internal stakeholders to create visibility.

Collaboration:

  • Follow-up with various departments to get required information and supporting information that enables enhanced visibility and reporting.
  • Support the internal and external audit teams with their requirements for the reporting of the Finance Shared Services function of the business.

Team Supervision:

  • Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
  • Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to the assigned team to support their overall development.
  • Promote the organization’s values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.
  • Manage resourcing, team, performance & leave plan to ensure adequate resources are in place to deliver the services.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:

  • Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
  • Participate in Fusion implementation, data clean-up & data migration & other BAU projects/initiatives, UATs and change management.
  • Review and provide sign-off to process documents.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
  • Continuously work with the tower lead & other team leads on improving the processes.
  • Enhance and Standardize Performance Reporting of new business and verticals when onboarded in to Finance Shared Services by Business Transition Team.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Manager Business Performance

The requirements for the job role of Manager Business Performance are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
