Manager Business Development at NMC Healthcare in NMC Specialty Hospital, Dubai, UAE will maintain positive relationships with consumers as well as other businesses and are tasked with developing and improving the local and regional  image and reputation for the company. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 13000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Manager Business Development

  • Understand client needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effective.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
  • Individual Hospital performance monitoring and develop marketing tools accordingly.
  • Successful tie up with corporate and industries for their employee’s healthcare services.
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing marketing collaterals for Hospital.
  • Maintain good relations with Insurance & TPAs for referral business.
  • Identify right corporates for Onsite clinic setup .
  • Conduct events for department promotions.
  • Corporate referral Tie ups.

Requirements for Role of Manager Business Development

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.(Preferred)
  • 3-5 years business development experience preferably in a hospital set-up.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic is desirable.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Achievement of Core objectives in line with the expectations of the Management and stakeholders
  • Ability to work constructively and interact professionally with others.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple task, adjust to changing priorities and work within deadlines.
  • Ability to attend to meetings outside of normal business hours.
