Job Overview for a Business Manager

A Business Manager at CAFU oversees a sales funnel to acquire new producers. The job holder manages the commercial relationship with producers. He / She works with the legal team on license agreements and negotiating terms with producers. The job holder also manages relationships with CAFU lease partners and suppliers to create attractive asset deals.

Responsibilities of a Business Manager

  • Working closely with the Marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions.
  • Negotiating promotional deals with key partners and producers.
  • Working with Operations team to increase utilization of assets and grow performance.
  • Being invested in the success of Producers and understanding how to solve for conversion and utilization.
  • Increasing the zone penetration of the vertical by negotiating partnerships with communities and residential areas where the company doesn’t have access.
  • Creating a range of commercial offerings with producers for B2B clients.

What You Will Do

  • Nurture a client funnel and define business cases for B2B car wash.
  • Work with Operations for smooth B2B experience for producer and client.
  • Report on a daily, weekly, monthly and periodic basis on the performance of the business vertical.
  • Report on revenue and growth KPIs.
  • Create business models and forecasts.
  • Accountability and upward management of BOLT Business Manager’s targets and expectations.
  • Work closely with data team to create business dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Relevant field.
  • Prior experience in logistics, auto industry or platform startups.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Beyond Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of sales CRM (like Salesforce), and data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Creativity.
