One & Only One Za’abeel Dubai is hiring suitable and qualified candidate for the job role of Manager Banquet. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of their banquet and catering services, ensuring that they provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for clients and guests.
Responsibilities of Manager Banquet
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the banquet and catering operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in service delivery and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the banquet and catering services.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
- Conduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continued growth and success of the banquet and catering services.
Requirements of Manager Banquet
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in luxury banquet and catering operations, with a proven track record of success.
